Ikram Adawe, LMSW, CAADC, ADS

I am a licensed clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. My work experience includes working with individuals with both mental health and substance use issues. I also worked with the refugee and immigrant populations for several years providing trauma informed care. My training includes EMDR, CPT, DBT, MI, Ear Acupuncture, and Sand Tray World-Play.

I offer an objective and safe environment to share your thoughts, emotions and struggles. I believe with balance and openness, clients can create new coping mechanisms to make them stronger and resilient to life’s stressors.
